I just hope Blanch, Bondi and others who have obliterated DOJ norms and constitutional due process will be referred to their respective bar disciplinary boards for investigation and punishment. They should go down in the same fashion as the rest of Trump's sycophantic minions. How they look themselves in the mirror is a mystery.

Also: #Congress , arrest #PamBlondi & #ToddBlanche , NOW, for #InherentContempt of Congress for defying your #EpsteinFiles order. & a $1M / day fine, doubling every day. Hold them in a Capitol building "jail" until all files are released & your order is satisfied! #Politics

Good analysis of a complicated illegal pursuit of a crime by the DOJ.

Harry, will there be personal consequences for Blanche, Singe, and Bondi? Bar censure? Bar license revocation?

Also, could you weigh in on the apparent willful refusal to follow the mandates in the Epstein Law?

Thank you.

So much winning!

Only the best people!

This regime brought it down upon themselves. I don't think SCOTUS will be eager to bail the regime out, either.

2026: A Year Of Revolution

One has to admit that the past year has been miserable, unjust, and unaffordable under the Cheeto regime uninterested in helping the American people Yes, there has been hope in seeing the burgeoning protests by a growing number of millions of dissatisfied dissenters and federal judges upholding the Constitution

But if we’ve learned anything about our own American history a Revolution as many others against a dictator takes countless months of action, continually pressing against the attempt to destroy the democratic republic As in the French Revolution or the Bolshevik uprising in the remembered past it takes time to rally the persecuted into a mobilized angry energized populace who arrests the levers of power from the dictator/king

So in the background of 2025 the stage is set for 2026 as the year of Revolution where angry public sentiment against Cheeto’s corrupt cruel regime will grow to a fever pitch and by November the electorate will show the Nazi Republicans the door In the meantime WE the People need to keep up the rhetoric and not forget our purpose Pedal to the metal folks

I wonder about the humiliation part, Harry. As a bona fide sociopath (at least), Trump lacks the capacity for genuine humiliation. Blanche and Bondi may have that capacity, but at this juncture, they’re already steeping in it. I think a dismissal would be their smartest move now, which is why Trump, the real head of the DOJ, will likely insist they keep fighting.

Harry,

As usual a spectacular analysis.

Wish you the best in the new year. Also the best to our Country.

Blanche should be impeached. So should Pam Blondie, on general principles as well as her numerous steps in defiance of law and the Constitution. Indeed, I'm surprised that no member of Congress has moved to do that yet.

If one wanted an example of institutional death by 1000 cuts, look no farther than the current DOJ. The damage to DOJ started, at a minimum, on the evening of March 15 when DOJ (and Homeland Security) let the planes continue to El Salvador. In case after case after case, the Department has shown itself to be incapable of acting without tripping over its own figurative feet. The country is left with a DOJ that is mistrusted in every federal court and, more seriously, by the people. The cost of the inept performance of DOJ will be paid for years to come.
