And once again he just gets away with his horrific and unconscionable actions.

Exactly right. Trump and his flunkies have declared outright war on the Constitution and the law. They need to be stopped by all peaceful means--we need to be in the streets. I must part company, however, when you call Alina Habba a hack. That is a grave insult to hacks everywhere.

I am not betting that Trump will be remembered fondly or well by the majority of Americans. His small but immoral and enervating jousts at the constitution under the aegis of Stephen Miller, Ed Martin, Allina Habba, Pam Bondi, Emil Bove, and Todd Blanche is deeply destructive to the fabric of our country and is taking us further and further away from being Reagan's Shining City on the Hill. Our one hope is a return to life of a senior and sober GOP senate.... though they, so far, have been busy hiding behind the Wizard's curtains.

Trump really doesn't care how he is remembered. As long as he gets his way.

I also wondered about the unusual jumping in by the Feds on the state homicide case of the assassinations & attempted assassinations of Minnesota state representatives.

I found it odd how the Trump admin was so zealous for this case. It seems that their pursuit of a death penalty is to silence the perpetrator, a Trump voter & MAGA, and control the narrative.

Great summary of Trumps Fascist State’s power grab- inexorable. We must not pass over his Big Beautiful Bill’ plan to defund Medicaid by limiting the state provider tax to 3.5%. Boring- yet devastating . It will result in loss of coverage for millions and closure of massive number of hospitals. This reduction will affect mostly Blue states and the losses and closures will be blamed on the Blue administration. Diabolical. Blue Live (don’t) Matter.

Thank you Harry. Thank you also for keeping those of us seniors and financially strapped so well informed. We would all I’m sure pay the modest subscription if we could.

Thanks Christopher! I'm glad I'm not alone. As a retired senior, I too am "financially strapped" but appreciate Harry as someone who knows more than most in these hard times.

Or the DOJ will deliberately blow the trial so that the perpetrator gets away with it.

...Or the state can take charge and try the accused first. It won't be double jeopardy if the Feds want to use the untrammeled threat of the DP, though, as I see it.

Quote: "These, and other such Cities, are the core of the Democrat Power Center, where they use Illegal Aliens to expand their Voter Base, cheat in Elections, and grow the Welfare State, robbing good paying Jobs and Benefits from Hardworking American Citizens"

Illegal aliens robbing American citizens of GOOD PAYING JOBS??? Yeah, NO. They work at low paying, back breaking, dirty work jobs that American citizens think they are too good to do and pay too little for Americans.

They also do not vote in elections federal or state and local.

When people realize that the blue cities, and states fund the red states and cities maybe we will have an end to maga!

It’s time for the majority of Americans to say we no longer recognize this government as legitimate. Our founders told us if it stops working to fix it. White people especially need to reject their unconstitutional behavior. Zero tolerance for thugs and Nazis.

What I thought was weird was that Luigi Mangioni was charged as a terrorist for killing the United Health CEO, but no such siren song for the man who shot 4 people, 2 of whom died. Maybe It will be forthcoming....I suspected it was partisan prosecution.

sigh. Why do I think that any Federal trial of Boelter is going to go to great lengths "proving" that he's really a Democrat,

Most of the blue states are the "donor states" that provide the funds for Trump's red state America. Given that Trump is essentially trampling on the Constitution, California and other blue "donor states" may consider their admission to a democratic United States to be null and void and form a new Democratic Union of America with an updated Constitution that guarantees everyone the right to vote with no obstacles or gerrymandering and equality also encoded in law along with a women's right to choose.

The Orange Cheeto and the American Economic Collapse: Depression and Unemployment

Fortune magazine reports that almost 25% of the American work force is functionally unemployed https://bit.ly/4l9CX2B Those are Great Depression numbers, folks!!

Der Fuhrer and his clown show Nazi regime represent the trigger that will push an already recessed economy toward collapse much worse than the 2008 Lehman crisis The reason for this is Cheeto’s ridiculous tariff policy which almost all economic experts agree is an abomination Even the Murdoch owned Wall Street Journal sees the writing on the wall

Cheeto lied to the electorate so he could keep his ass out of jail and the America believed him Now with far right radical henchmen JD Vance and Curtis Yarvin, supported by billionaires like Thiel and Musk, Cheeto is unconsciously taking a wreaking ball to the economy As Vance has said, “private businesses have to feel the pain” and his compadre Yarvin feels that Americans “need to get over their dictatorphobia” And with voter suppression laws like the SAVE act and strategies like vigilante challenges by Nazis as happened in 2024, the democratic government may be on its last leg

Actually what may be ironically the saving grace for American democracy is that the Nazis piss off the electorate so badly the destroyed economy that there will be a Revolution 2.0 that will throw the Nazis out of power

See Macleod explain this in terms that most people can understand and how to protect yourself https://bit.ly/4jPDaI5

If the case becomes a federal one rather than MN's, TFG would be able to pardon Boelter. That CANNOT be permitted.

“Trump may be executing a long and detailed playbook drawn from Project 2025, but he remains a one-trick pony: aggrandizing his power by belittling and intimidating opponents. After four months, he has little to show for his second term: courts have repeatedly blocked his executive orders, and he has no meaningful legislative wins. He is a vicious hater, and his direct assault on blue states and officials is fully in character. But at this point, it’s also his sole governing strategy.” all true, and all gross.
