Katrina. Family had been looking for him since they were removed to Tx. One year!!

And Tom Homan and Pam Bondi will face a Judge for shredding of the Constitution. Trump won't weasel out of accountability the way he tried to do by blaming those he ordered during his 34 felony count conviction.
So the ICE thugs show up with an administrative warrant which Judge Dugan did not have to honor, and did not in fact do so.
She allows him and his attorney to leave not by some secret stairwell that exits far from the courtroom but into a different part of the same hallway with multiple ICE agents watching for him, and who were able to follow him out of the building, and arrest him after a brief chase outside.
What? Did someone break a sweat? Get their uniform wrinkled? Or dirty? Probably not, probably just pissed to have someone tell them that they don’t actually have absolute authority to do as they please.

I'm wondering if there are any relevant professional organizations that could censure Bondi (or issue statements criticizing her) for flouting the guidelines mentioned in the post. I know little about the workings of the law to effectively debate the veracity of this, however it is my fervent hope and contention that Bondi is a prime grade example of this procedure being invoked at the earliest possible opportunity. Any person who uses their power to flout and exploit the law for egregiously partisan purposes should NEVER be allowed near the judicial system again.
Bondi all but tried and convicted Judge Dugan at the time of the arrest. No talk of "alleged" crimes. She went straight to speaking of her as if guilty and adding she was "deranged."
No doubt this was a move intended to intimidate, bully and further assault the US judiciary. The problem is, just like with the WP, Columbia, Target, Paramount and all the other companies that wiped out any reference to DEI, either valid or completely made up, it will likely work! Remember who gave in and didn't fight back when you decide where to spend you money!
Many judges have held firm in their convictions. Norm Eisen is doing great work. He's in court today defending those in the FBI (and DOJ?) who worked on convicting the Jan 6 rioters. Imagine how their lives have changed since having been targeted just for administering justice. Thank you, Norm! And Judge Boasberg, as well, who has had threats, for holding Trump's DOJ attorneys' feet to the fire in the Kilmar A. Garcia case. Other judges who have gotten death threats have also stayed in the fight. They are to be commended.
