Dudes, it’s not that hard. Charge the ICE agents with murder (plenty of eye witness and video evidence) and make the agents get the exculpatory evidence from the feds. Done. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
The burden of proof in a criminal case lies with the prosecution, not the agents. Besides needing to line up necessary evidence to prove its case, that very evidence informs what witnesses to call to the stand and fills in other necessary elements of a successful prosecution that can withstand any appeals. And, as Harry noted, the government's obstruction can be used against them.
These cases brought either by Minnesota or the victims' families are long-running projects anyway. In an earlier article, Harry explained that the first hurdle for the prosecution in criminal case, or a plaintiff in a lawsuit - will be overcoming immunity defense/s - in which the determinations themselves can be appealed - all the way to SCOTUS. A diligent prosecution team is no hurry to skip important steps in what will take months, maybe years to bring to fruition.
I and so many others in this country and beyond are so tired of the hijinks of the DOJ, and FBI. Do ourselves a break from the chaos but don't leave for good. We will overcome and there will be a reckoning for the players involved in the chaos and lies. When that time comes I hope, Harry, that you will be there as one of the leaders of justice.
“Crooked” charges by the Trump regime means Freedom Fraud by the Trump Regime, an effort to change the dialogue and cover up their reprehensible actions.
MN/Hennepin County ought to indict Bondi, Blanche, Noem, Homan, and all of their deputies, assistants, and staff chiefs for obstruction of justice and conspiracy to obstruct. It matters not that the cases might not reach second base. Let Minnesota assert its sovereignty; let the defendants litigate their presumed claims of immunity and/or federal supremacy. Do some discovery; get some names. At least try to gather some of the info the families will need to file wrongful death suits against these sickos.
The people who have been murdering people in our streets need to be tried and convicted under the law. The DOJ is also trying to claim precedence over state bars in evaluating misconduct of Lawyers, officers of the DOJ that are lying to Grand Jury’s and Federal Judges as well as other misconduct. We need to hold the line here and keep Federal officers possible misconduct within the states accountable to those states, and members of the state bars accountable to the state bars for misconduct, with punishment meted out as deserved.
So as usual ICE is not taking ownership of the ICE agents they supposedly trained. Trying to hide the facts of what Noem,Holman, & Bovine were allowing agents do under their umbrella. I personally think all 3 need to be indicted along with the agents that MURDERED American citizens. Why hide, we will find them and prosecute accordingly.
Thanks, Harry, for this and for your great convo with Katie earlier.
Nothing Trump's DOJ does (or doesn't do) surprises me anymore.
The government is covering up Federal sponsored murder. It’s that simple.

Just ask Jack Smith. Worked well for him and for Justice
Keep driving MN. You are a shining example to every other state.
Ugh. Will we ever get a reputable DOJ back again?
Another great explainer from Harry. Thanks!
Just one more authoritarian maneuver.

Good. At the very least, this will come in handy when a new Administration takes office.
IF another Administration ever takes office :/
How about department of murder?
“Crooked” charges by the Trump regime means Freedom Fraud by the Trump Regime, an effort to change the dialogue and cover up their reprehensible actions.
All this blocking and obstructing on many levels proves one thing.
The amount of rot, the amount of compromised individuals inside the various departments is very high.
