My 2 remaining questions are 1. once the charges against Comey are dismissed and labelled what they are- "malicious prosecution" - can the judge require the current regine to reimburse Comey's legal charges? To answer your questions: (1) I'm pretty sure DOJ was ordered to reimburse Comey's legal fees last time, and (2) eventually. Criminal charges are also not off the table, at least once he's not in a position to get a pardon.
