100% agree. The news keeps reporting on this administration breaking the law but NOTHING happens. If it was the Biden administration they would be held accountable as they should be. Bondi and Kash Patel keeps saying on TV "NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW", Except the Trump administration.

Let’s be clear as to the status of the Republican Party post 4 November 2025.
Nixon shot it in the face. After extensive plastic surgery and an abundance of trickling on Americans, Shrub & Cheney shot in the groin. As it has languished in the ICU ever since, trump tried to pull the plug on 6Jan and finally managed to succeed on 20 Jan 2025.
The Trumpian Party is what has emerged and IT IS LOATHED by the MAJORITY OF AMERICANS as witnessed on 4 November 2025.
While I am focused on House Trumpians - for immediate-term strategic and tactical purposes - what follows applies to Senate Trumpians, as well.
House Trumpians have now had three nights and are on their way to a 4th post-Tuesday episode of cold sweats and nightmares.
Those nightmares (and most of their thoughts when they are awake) consist of having to contend with ever angrier constituents, as well as, the realization that no matter how much $$ they receive from their billionaire & corporate overlords they’re going to get crushed next November — if they survive that long.
Of the 219 House Trumpians now confronting those realities — you betcha they are as soon as their off camera — only 6 need to redeem themselves by joining the House Democrats to seize control of the House and ALL House Committees.
They would be the Founders of a 21st Century American “democratic constitutional constituency” and call it, perhaps, “The Party of Lincoln.”
In time, they may well be the Founders of a LEGITIMATE 2nd Party in a more perfect Union based on democratic constitutional principles.
Between now and 1 January 2027, they would commit to caucus with Democrats to ensure that they CONTROL the House and the actions of Trump & Vance - to the fullest extent of the Constitution and Law. In return, they could be rewarded with a few tactical perks that the Dem House cognoscenti know of what and how to confer.
It is a readily testable hypothesis whether any of the 219 Trumpians have sufficient self-esteem and intelligence to face reality and do something truly historic on behalf of the American experiment in Democracy.
Am hopeful that YOU are willing to contact any current House Trumpian whom you consider worthy of your time and offer them the opportunity to consider what is proposed, herein.
Might be in the cards now for some of the 219 to actually switch party - if a district's make-up is 50/50 and the representative is young enough to want to catch a wave? I know much depends on media noise washing over districts - if Phox moves even slightly to retain audience, we will know the answer.

In general, assault involves the intent not just to cause bodily harm but also to create FEAR of bodily harm. It seems pretty clear that the jury, noticing the CPB agents don't fear anything including the rule of law, decided that a salami sandwich couldn't possibly be intended to create such fear.

Of course the Supreme Court’s “majority” will do what he wants - if/when he is no longer in office….when we rid the country of his regime completely…they know they will be gone, too. They are part of the regime and it’s time we see that and call it out.
