The ABA does not license attorneys. Attorneys are admitted to the bar of each state by the Supreme Court of that state & may be admitted to practice in federal courts by those courts. Her ethics must be investigated by the bar association that admitted her. I doubt there is the political will in FL right now to do that, but it will likely be done if/when trump is out of office.

You don't have to go to each State Bar Association. If a lawyer is disbarred in one state, that state's Supreme Court or bar association will notify every other bar to which the attorney is admitted. I believe the notified states or courts will also either automatically disbar them or suspend their license until further action is taken on the first. But honestly I have never followed a case out that far, so I'm going on memory & vague recollection. I'm sure others will clarify or correct!

After bemoaning the bad state of law and order in GA, it urges then to join ICE, offering “up to $50 thousand bonus” for joining. 2 questions. 1: Is $50 thousand the number that Trump & Co have decided can buy any American. 2. Who ARE these people who have recently joined ICE?
These commercials and similar forms of outreach are pissing off police chiefs and sheriffs all over Magaland. They consider it poaching of their officers and are really up in arms about the need to find replacements.

They have been given millions to recruit along with incentives like student loan forgiveness and monatary gifts for doing a good job(they can't call them bonuses). It was apparent that preparation for HER testimony involved memorizing scurrilous retorts about each senator to insert in place of answers involving information within her control. It occurred to me that the adverse inference rule should apply to all of the questions, The "adverse inference" rule provides that when a party has relevant evidence within his control which he fails to produce, that failure gives rise to an inference that the evidence is unfavorable to him.
